Napa Valley Crust by La Prima Pizza is happy to introduce our new catering pizza truck. Napa Valley Crust is a unique pizza catering serving the Napa Valley. Featuring a wood fired mugnaini pizza oven from Italy on a classic 1946 International Harvester. It would be our honor to serve your next event.
Napa Valley Crust was created to cater pizza in an unique Napa Valley style combining classic and wine country, to bring La Prima Pizza’s new wood fired flavor to any location. Our all you can eat buffet will serve fresh salad, tasty appetizers, great pizza, and if desired desserts, coffee, and espresso service.
Napa Valley Crust offers a fully customizable and flexible menu catered to your needs.You may choose a basic pizza package to a customized package. We offer other add ons such as appetizers, piadina bar, desserts, drinks, and more!
Premium options available upon request such as rentals, linens, full service staff, flowers, bar tender, etc.
Our all you can eat buffets include disposable flatware, plates, napkins, and condiments. We also provide the chef and staff to prepare, cook, and serve your buffet.
SETUP
When we arrive we immediately begin preparing, cooking, and serving within an hour of our arrival.
We provide soft music while our chimney is put up, the oven is ignited, and our custom wood tables are set up to serve your event.
